I will:

  • Remember how my ass looked in that mirror
  • Stare at myself naked
  • Remember how badly I want to fit into that pair of jeans
  • Imagine life skinny

Then I will:

  • Do 30 squats and crunches
  • Drink 2 glasses of water
  • If i’m really hungry: eat a peice of fruit
  • Squeeze all my fat

that should do it.
