When I feel like eating
I will:
- Remember how my ass looked in that mirror
- Stare at myself naked
- Remember how badly I want to fit into that pair of jeans
- Imagine life skinny
Then I will:
- Do 30 squats and crunches
- Drink 2 glasses of water
- If i’m really hungry: eat a peice of fruit
- Squeeze all my fat
that should do it.
